The Settings tab allows you to change the description and URL of the Organization. You can also delete the entire Organization by pressing the Delete Organization button in the Danger Zone section.

The Invitations page with the Settings allows you to Accept or Reject invitations to manage other Organizations. After receiving an email inviting you to manage an Organization, you will be directed to this page where you can view the details of the invitation, such as the Organization, the Inviter and your Roles. Select the appropriate button to Accept or Reject the invitation.
