Can I switch my player's OS from Windows to BrightSignOS and vice-versa?

No. If you purchased a player with BrightSignOS pre-installed, you cannot switch that player's OS to Windows. Similarly, if you purchased a player with Windows pre-installed, you cannot switch that player's OS to BrightSignOS.

Yes. Functionally, this is a Windows PC so you can install Chromium or any other Windows-compatible browser.

How can I find the player’s serial number?

The player’s serial number can be found on the label on the bottom of the player. The player's serial number cannot be determined from within Windows.
