Users and Roles

this screen allows you to view the users on your network and the roles that are assigned to them as well as create new users, edit user information, and change user role assignments roles this section shows both the system and custom roles in the network if you select a role, the users assigned to that role will be displayed in the central "select a role" panel the title of that panel will change to reflect the role that is selected select a role when a role is selected, the users assigned to that role will appear in this section and the title of the section will change to the role name this section lets you reassign the user to a different role by selecting the six dot icon and dragging the user to the desired role in the roles column edit user account details and settings using the gear icon change user role assignments using the three dot icon to the right of the user name all users this section lets you view and search for current users, edit user details and account settings, and remove users from the network create new user add a new user account to your network with role based permissions each user must have a role when you create a user, you must specify that role (but you can change the role later) reassign user roles you can reassign user roles by selecting the six dot icon to the left of the user name and dragging the user toward the preferred role a dialog box will ask you to confirm that you want to reassign the user role you can instead use the three dot icon to the right of the user name to reassign the user to a different role a dialog box will ask you to confirm that you want to reassign the user role edit/delete user settings use the gear icon next to the user name to edit user settings use the trashcan to delete users from the network
