The Service Status dashboard provides the real-time status for the BSN.Cloud network service, letting users view the current platform health, active incidents, and uptime performance.

The dashboard, shown above, displays the current status of the network. It displays a twelve month compliance tracker showing SLA performance history with breach indicators and target information for contractual reporting, and uptime trend charts.

The player fleet status section shows healthy/warning/error player counts for selected networks. Incident information is available for both active and resolved incidents, with historical incident tracking and severity filtering.
