Upload Content to the Library

This page / section pertains to BrightSign Network (often abbreviated BSN), our legacy cloud platform. Our latest cloud platform is BSN.Cloud. Development of BSN has largely ceased and the platform will eventually be deprecated and replaced with BSN.Cloud.

You can use the BrightSign Network WebUI to upload content to your library. In BrightAuthor Classic, files uploaded to the network are always contained within a presentation. With the BSN WebUI, you can add files to your BSN Library that aren’t part of a presentation yet. You can then use those files to create presentations in the WebUI.

To add files to your Library:

Go to https://brightsignnetwork.com and log in using your BSN credentials.
Navigate to the Library tab in the WebUI.
Click Upload New Files.
In the Add/Upload File window, click Add File and navigate to the folder that contains the files you want to upload. Select all files you wish to upload.
Click Start Upload to finalize the file upload.
