your brightsign hardware will continue working, even if it has reached this milestone if your product is eol, we suggest purchasing the equivalent current version of your player model(s), so you can take advantage of new software releases that include additional functionality, bug fixes, and features contact your brightsign reseller or mailto\ sales\@brightsign biz for more information brightsign software and services that rely on services or infrastructure that is decommissioned as part of the eol may stop working (for example, brightplates, which is described in the last section) how can i tell if my product is still supported? find the model number of your product on the eol matrix it will show you the final versions of firmware and brightauthor available for your product, as well as the final date to receive technical support for that product will my product work with brightsign network and brightsign network enterprise edition? brightsign has announced end of life for bsn and bsnee, which will occur on 12/31/2026 players released after the eol announcement on 7/30/2025 will be incompatible with bsn and bsnee, but you will be able to migrate to bsn cloud moving forward for more information, please reach out to sales\@brightsign biz what does end of software support (eoss) mean? when the final versions of firmware and brightauthor are released for a given product and listed in the eol matrix, this means brightsign is no longer actively developing updates for your product, so any patches for newly discovered issues will not be available for your product what about hardware repairs? brightsign hardware is covered by our limited warranty—details are available on our https //www brightsign biz/legal/terms of sale/ in some cases, we may be able to provide an out of warranty replacement if your limited warranty period has expired, you may contact mailto\ orders\@brightsign biz to see if out of warranty replacement units are available if you have older hardware that you would like to upgrade, contact mailto\ sales\@brightsign biz to see if you are eligible to upgrade your hardware what if i need help and my product has reached the end of technical support (eots) date? brightsign still has information about these products on our documentation and community support sites you can use the resources provided, and post in the support community to get help from other users brightplates part of the brightplates eol includes decommissioning the servers and infrastructure that was running this service as such, there will be no support provided after this reaches its eol on jun 9, 2022, as the service will no longer exist for information on what can be used as a replacement to brightplates, please contact mailto\ sales\@brightsign biz
