Data limits for BrightSign Cloud and BrightSign Network (BSN) subscriptions are as follows:

- Downloads are limited to 20 GB / player / month (240 GB / player / year).
  - Downloads include data that that is pulled by players from BrightSign's cloud service.
- Uploads are limited to 5 GB per file.
  - Uploads include data that is uploaded to BrightSign's cloud service.
- Unlimited active storage.
  - "Active" storage refers to storage that is actively being used in presentations.
  - BrightSign makes no commitment to retain data that is not being actively used.
- Customers are responsible for data backups.
