All network settings entities are structured as follows:

- `WebUIAccessRestricted`  bool:  If true, all users of this network are unable to log in to the Web UI
- `BrightAuthorAccessRestricted` bool: If true, users cannot use BrightAuthor (it is set to read-only)
- `AutomaticSubscriptionsManagementEnabled` bool: If true, automatic subscription management is enabled on this network
- `AutomaticTaggedPlaylistApprovementEnabled` bool: If true, automatic tagged playlist are approved on this network
