this page / section pertains to brightauthor classic , our legacy app brightsign author ( brightauthor\ connected) is our latest app for managing content and players development of brightauthor classic has largely ceased and the app will eventually be deprecated and replaced with brightauthor\ connected to export a presentation in create a new folder on your computer open your presentation click the edit tab select file > export \[your presentation name] browse to a newly created folder on your computer press ok to export the project if you want to share your presentation with someone, you can zip a folder with the presentation files and send it that user can open unzip the contents, open the presentation file ( bpf ), see how a presentation is built, and publish it to an appropriate brightsign player you can't copy the exported project to an sd card for playback on a player if you want to publish a presentation to a player, you need to open the presentation and use the publish tab
