recover a bsn cloud account the best practice is to use a generic email account (not tied to a single user) so future users can access the bsn cloud account we also recommend adding multiple users as admins on bsn cloud accounts to facilitate backup and recovery assuming sso is not being enforced by your organization (see authenticate in bsn cloud docid\ fnxkrji357pe2yhwyas7i for more info), you can recover your account as follows go to the bsn cloud login page select try another way select the forgot my password option provide the email address associated with your bsn cloud account check your email for a password reset link and follow those instructions in the unlikely event you have lost access to the email that is linked to your sso authentication , you can log in using tr y another way and selecting the username and password method brightsign support can’t add or remove users for security reasons
