All Network entities are structured as follows:

`entity`:

- `Id` <font color="#704ae0">int</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: The unique identifier of the network 
- `Name` <font color="#704ae0">string</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-</font><font color="#01a0af">write</font>: The internal globally-unique name of a network. The maximum length of this property value is 30 characters.
- `DisplayName` <font color="#704ae0">string</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-write:</font> An optional property which defines the user-defined name of a network. The maximum length of this property value is 255 characters.
- `CreationDate` <font color="#704ae0">DateTime</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: The creation date of the network. See [DateTime](docId\:dX1C8uSfkXPwntpRb9f-T) for more information about this data type.
- `LockoutDate` <font color="#704ae0">Nullable</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: The date on which the network was locked out, if applicable. See [DateTime](docId\:dX1C8uSfkXPwntpRb9f-T) for more information about this data type.
- `IsLockedOut` <font color="#704ae0">bool</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: Indicates that a network is suspended by a BrightSign Cloud administrator due to recurring payment issues in BrightSign Author Plus. False is the default value.
- `LastLockoutDate` <font color="#704ae0">Nullable</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: The last date on which the network was locked out, if applicable. See [DateTime](docId\:dX1C8uSfkXPwntpRb9f-T) for more information about this data type.
- `Settings` <font color="#704ae0">NetworkSettings</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-write</font>: The network settings entity. See [Network Settings Entity (2022/06)](docId\:uAqtZaNLtnrCJbzF4Vjdw).&#x20;
- `Subscription` <font color="#704ae0">NetworkSubscription</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-</font><font color="#01a0af">only</font>: The network subscription entity. See [Network Subscription Entity (2022/06)](docId:4aEKL8OUwp1jzomQCJ2iD).
- `LastModifiedDate` <font color="#704ae0">DateTime</font> <font color="#01a0af">read-only</font>: The last date on which the subscription was modified, if available. See [DateTime](docId\:dX1C8uSfkXPwntpRb9f-T) for more information about this data type.
