There are three types of presentation you can create in BrightSign Author and Author Plus:

- **Full-screen presentations**: A looping playlist of media–images, videos, HTML pages, etc. that occupies the entire presentation display. 
- **Multi-zone presentations**: Content can occupy different zones on the screen, allowing you to display multiple images, videos, HTML pages, and text widgets in a customizable layout.
- **Interactive presentations**: Playback, whether full-screen or multi-zone, is responsive to interactive events such as button presses, GPIO input, or UDP commands.

Besides image, video, audio, and HTML files, presentations can also feature a number of [States](docId:2eh0-u7XsTxqw_emIiign), such as Live Text, Media RSS feeds, and HDMI**®** input, and [Commands & Conditional Targets](docId\:az1YTDtEYH-Zp2Dbg_lBL).

Your presentation can be saved to the cloud, where it can be accessed by other users, or it can be published directly to players.
